Basic DIY Laundry SoapCan be made as natural as you want

Making your own laundry soap serves several needs.  It's extremely cheap, it cleans better than average laundry soap, and it's hypo allergenic.  This recipe can be modified to suit what you want your laundry soap to do.  I post only the liquid form because I feel the liquid does a far better job of cleaning, especially in cold water situations.

Laundry Soap (aprox 5 Gal)

1/2 c Borax (thickens...

According to a recently released British report, Preemies born before 22 weeks gestation should not be giving life saving measures and be allowed to die. Though the report does not advocate euthanasia. The odds of an infant born that early ever having a meaning full life are so slim, and more than likely the infant will die or be severely retarded. This according to MS-NBC's recent article Report: Extreme Preemies should not be saved

I think preemies that young are also known as micro preemie...

It has been requested, several times over for me to write up a follow up to Equitrim Day 1, so here it is.

Equitrim did not work for me, I have lost weight, but I lost none with Equitrim. To my knowledge, my blog is still the only place to get information about this product.

Question: Does Equitrim have any side effects?

My Answer: I wouldn't know that. It's not FDA approved in the US to my knowledge, and I have no scientific information about side effects, adverse reactions, or ev...

Option: Shave or wax?

All hair removal methods have tricked us with their promises of easy, painless removal - The epilady, scissors, razors, Nair and now...the wax.

My night began as any other normal weekday night. Come home fix dinner, played with the kids. I then had the thought that would ring painfully in my mind for the next few hours: Maybe I should pull the wax out of the medicine cabinet.

So I headed to the site of my demise; the bathroom. It was one of those cold wax kits. No ...

So my family has been discussing all this quite a bit lately. We came up with this, considering, there is no way to pay for things in N.O. (no check out clerks ya know). What would you loot if you had been there and stayed through Katrina.

In my household there are two 50 yr olds, me (27), twin 4yr olds, and a 16 month old. No, we wouldn't have stayed anyway, but we were thinking, what if we had been there and "ended up" staying there for whatever reasons.

We would loot,
no more tha...

What is the difference between teaching nutrition and sex ed in schools? Sex has to do with the body's health also, abstinence is always best because there is no risk of pregnancy or STD's, but kids that don't learn that STD's can be transmitted by non sexual activities, or how to prevent STD's and pregnancy if they choose sex are more likely to be fooled by "more mature" persons that just want sex and don't care about the youth in question. Like jumping up and down will keep you from getting p...

Ah, Spelling. Hated it in school, hate it now, never could do it, dispite my best efforts to correct it. Well, I guess I'm not the only one since if you do a search (I use Dogpile.com) you'll find many sites on Spelling reform. Some crazy, but some are valid, or at least make a valid argument.

English spelling is too difficult for most people.
Even after 11 years at school barely half of all English speakers become confident spellers.

Got ya to look! LOL.

Anyway, Here is my look into why I (like so many others) like Ty Pennington. Is it because he is a celebrity, no, not for me at least, I still would think like this if he was just the guy I saw in the bar from time to time, exept I probably wouldn't know his name since I would still be to damn shy to walk up to him and say hi. Belive me, there are those guys in the bar like that for me. For me, it's just because he has what is for me, and attractive personality. The ...

Extreme Punishment, what a joke! The only extreme punishment in the US would be the Death Penalty, and the odds of a murderer actually being A)Put on death row and B)Actually being executed are soo low, it's not worth the thought.

Extreme Punishment wouldn't be 3 square meals a day, bed with clean linens and a laundry service, cable TV, Utilities, "yard privileges" such as gyms, basketball courts, etc. All for free! Oh yea, I forgot the free college education and/or GED, and job training, he...
